Rail; The main Inverness to Glasgow rail line operated by Scotrail runs through Aviemore.

Bus; There are regular CityLink and National buses passing through the nearby village of Aviemore.

Air; the nearest airport (Inverness Airport) is around 40 minutes from Granlea Guest House.

To commute from Aviemore to Granlea Guest House you can get a taxi in front of the railway station (opposite the Cairngorm Hotel). During the day there is a public service bus, the timetable can be found here.
