Above rates
apply to direct bookings only. Sole occupancy
of a double/twin room +£10 extra pppn. Minimum
child age of 10 applies to the guest house (no child discounts) Special group

or credit card details are required to secure any bookings. We accept
cash, cheques, debit & most major credit cards (regret 2% additional charge

Price is for cottage per week, exclusive of
electricity costs ( meter readings are taken on entry and departure and charged at cost ). Bed linen and towels are included. A mid-week towel change is also included in the price. To secure your booking, a deposit of
£50 is required; balance payable 3 weeks prior to entry. Maximum occupancy is 6
persons; this is strictly enforced for insurance purposes. Please note
that the Cottage is not equipped for and neither is it suitable for
families with children under the age of 5 years. |
